2. Medical Disclaimer
Website information and digital updates are for general information and do not replace individual medical assessment, diagnosis or care. Ask the treating clinician about your own circumstances before making a treatment decision.
3. Clinical Services & Packages
Consultation and procedure availability must be confirmed with reception. Any plan follows individual assessment and consent; benefits, limitations, possible effects, costs and follow-up should be discussed before agreement. Individual responses vary and no exact aesthetic outcome is promised.
4. Appointment Bookings & Cancellations
- Appointments can be arranged by telephone call or WhatsApp message. Reception confirms the clinic, date and time.
- Patients are requested to arrive 10 minutes prior to their scheduled slot.
- If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please notify the clinic at least 4 hours in advance so we can accommodate other patients.
- Repeated missed appointments without notification may affect future booking arrangements.
5. Payments & Billing
Payments for consultation fees, single treatments, and package subscriptions are due at the time of the service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and UPI transfers. Treatment packages are non-transferable and non-refundable once the first session has commenced. Invoices and billing receipts are generated digitally and sent to patients via WhatsApp or email.
6. Patient Responsibilities
Patients are required to provide complete and accurate information regarding their health conditions, medical histories, allergies, pregnancies, and current medications before undergoing any clinical or laser treatment. Kyara Skin & Hair Clinic will not be held responsible for adverse side effects resulting from a patient's failure to disclose relevant medical conditions.
7. WhatsApp & Electronic Communications Terms
By registering at our clinic, you agree that we may send you electronic notifications (WhatsApp, transactional SMS, and emails) under the following terms:
- Utility Communications: You agree to receive transactional and operational updates, including appointment confirmations, payment invoices, prescription download links, follow-up advice, and doctor notifications. These are sent to facilitate your healthcare service delivery.
- Marketing Communications: If you explicitly opt in (subscribe) at registration or via your patient portal, you agree to receive promotional updates, discount treatment packages, educational skincare articles, and new treatment launches.
Consent Withdrawal Policy
You can withdraw your consent for marketing messages at any time without any penalty. Unsubscribing can be managed directly on the patient profile page in-clinic, by responding with opt-out keywords on WhatsApp, or by contacting our helpdesk. Withdrawal of marketing consent will not affect your receipt of essential utility communications necessary to schedule or deliver your medical treatments.

All content on our website, including text, clinic logos, custom icons, layout designs, and graphics, is the intellectual property of Kyara Skin & Hair Clinic and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
